About Ken
Ken was born and raised in New Jersey as the son of a proud member of the Machinists union. His Grandfather was a railroader in the early 1920’s. These roots taught him the values of hard work, unity, and a conviction to helping others. Ken is a graduate of University of North Carolina where he earned a BS degree in Finance and Risk Management. His 35-year insurance career has taken him full circle back to serving union members and their families while successfully building a solid foundation for the future of AJFL. With over a decade at the helm, his focus has been on creating a modern, dynamic insurance association focused on protecting its members and their families. AJFL is now in its strongest financial position in its over 150-year history.
Ken is an active member of the American Fraternal Alliance and the Life Insurance Council of LOMA.

About Jeff

Jeff is the Secretary and Treasurer of AJFL. His responsibilities include a vast array of accounting, treasury, regulatory, and investments. With almost a decade of experience with AJFL, he has utilized his extensive regulatory and insurance industry experience to support operations. He earned a BS degree in Accounting from Myers University (1998) and the Certified Financial Examiner designation (2006). His professional career includes twelve years as an Insurance Examiner Supervisor and eighteen years overall as a regulatory financial examiner with the State of Ohio. Jeff’s attention to detail has been invaluable in setting and maintaining the positive financial course of the association.
Jeff is married with two adult children. He enjoys the outdoors, travel, golf, reading, fitness and seafood.
